The following are common carbon steel welding wire and alloy steel welding wire parameters.
Packing Details:
The standard packing is that 15kgs in a black plastic spool (spool's diameter is 270mm and Euro adaptor), then we put desiccant
and wrap the wire by anti-rust paper, then heat shrink the spool to keep moisture away during storage, then seal the box for each
spool.
Finally, 72 boxes in a wood pallet to make sure it keeps well in long distance transportation. The size for the pallet is
1060*860*800mm, Net weight for one pallet is 1.08T.
To keep the welding wire dry and rust free, we always follow the detailed packing steps strictly:
1. Precisely layer on each spool.
2. Wrap the mig welding wire by a piece of anti-rusty paper.
3. Add the anti-rusty paper in the inner ring of spool to facilitate grabbing and use.
4. Put a small bag moisture proof agent into it and heat shrink the spool.

Matters needing attention:

1.Wire into the plant must be stored in dry conditions, can not open wire reel waterproof package.
2.Welding shall be removed before welding surface oil, rust,water and other impurities. 3.The CO2 gas protection, CO2gas purity 99.98%. 4.CO2 welding protective gas flow rate should be controlled at 20~25L/min. 5.Wire extension length should be controlled in the range of 15~25mm. 6.Preheatig before welding to weld 150ºC~300ºC, 700ºC~740ºC tempering treatment only after. |
